Our invoices are to be paid within fourteen days after date. In case of late payment, the legal interests and damages at the rate of 10% of the outstanding payment, with a minimum of 30 Euro, are due by right and without formal notice. In case of dispute, only the courts of Antwerp are competent.
Funds received from third parties will be used as payment in compensation for unpaid invoices and / or fees and costs still to be invoiced, unless lawcity.be decides otherwise.
